We are excited and very grateful for the opportunity to bring the fire community together for education, training, exchange, and camaraderie at the Metro Atlanta Firefighters’ Conference (MAFFC) 2012. MAFFC 2011 had close to 500 participants and we have credible activity indicating attendance will increase significantly in 2012.
MAFOA has various sponsorship levels available for this event. The levels are detailed below. The opportunities for marketing during MAFOA’s flagship event are accessible to our sponsors, donors, and partners in three phases. The first phase is our pre-event marketing with the MAFFC website & flyers. Event marketing, the second phase, is available through our program literature during the weekend of MAFFC, May 18-20. The third phase of marketing occurs at our social event, the Firefighters Bash on the 19th of May. Firefighters from metro Atlanta and around the country will attend. The “Bash” will be a unique occasion to show your products, services, and/or your support of the fire service in this large metropolitan market.
Sponsorship levels:
Rookie:
•Donate an item for raffle at the MAFFC social event (Firefighter’s Bash) or for the volunteers’ gift bag.
1 Bugle: ►$250
•Link on the MAFFC website (maffc.org) & logo in the slide show during the social event.
2 Bugle: ►$500-$1,499
•Link on the MAFFC website (maffc.org) & logo in the slide show during the social event.
•Table at the social event to present your products to attending firefighters, officers, and chiefs.

3 Bugle: ►$1,500-$2,499
•2 Bugle package plus the next two bullets
•Small size logo on flyers, conference banners, & t-shirts.
•Advertisement in the conference program.
4 Bugle: ►$2,500-$4,999
•2 Bugle package plus the next three bullets
•Medium size logo on flyers, conference banners, & t-shirts
•Advertisement in the conference program
•10 minute maximum microphone time at the social event.
5 Bugle: ►$5,000+
•Marquis event sponsor (i.e.– MAFFC 2012 co-sponsored by your organization)
•Prominent link on MAFFC website (maffc.org) & logo in the slide show during the social event.
•Table at the social event to present your products to attending firefighters, officers, and chiefs.
•Large size logo on flyers, conference banners, & t-shirts.
•Full page advertisement on the conference program.
•10 minute maximum microphone time at the social event.
The social event will be the Firefighter’s Banquet and Bash on the evening of Saturday, May 19th, 2012. We offer our sponsors direct interaction with fire service clientele and a festive atmosphere. There will be no competing with class room time and waiting on classroom breaks to market your products. Sponsors will have access to attendees for the duration of this 4 hour event. Last year’s event was a resounding success. This year’s bash will be held at the Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest, 2999 Windy Hill Road, Marietta GA.
MAFFC is coordinated and presented by the Metro Atlanta Fire Officer’s Association (MAFOA). MAFOA is a non-profit organization with 501(c) 3 status. Checks should be made out to MAFOA and mailed to:
